sometime when it comes to the steps to get crystal's it never works..so to me watching a free video is so much better and it works thats the best part of it

Most offers require you to navigate to the proper screen, which is rarely the screen you start out on. There are lots of helpful threads for completing offers in the forums. Perhaps using the search feature will assist you in finding them.

not yet but why when i use the videos they come but the others they not???
