I was just curious because i went onto the account several times and I see all kinds of tabs to update it but nothing that says deactivation and I was just wondering can you deactivate your account or does is stay on the website forever?

The account stays, there's no way to delete it. You can just ignore its existence if you don't want to play it anymore. Or create a new one if you were wanting a fresh start.

I now went through the forums and found something that said if you are at Level 17 an don't play the game after two weeks then the system deletes your account. Did they change that rule recently?

Not the account, the character. Characters that don't level up or have crystals on them are auto-deleted, but the account itself will still be there.

To delete a character, just click on it in the character selection screen and then press delete in the bottom right corner. Type 'delete' to confirm and your character will be gone. But like I said, the account itself- the thing you use to log into the game- can't be deleted.

Why would you want to delete your account anyway?

Because there are some things in the game that i don't understand like when I buy an item even though I can afford it I can't use it. And when I clear out my inventory to make room for more items so I can complete the quest regardless how many items I get rid of there is a message that pops up and it always says that I need to clear out one or two more slots and I have 8 clear slots.

And the last time I logged on the computer is not puting up any quest any more it is just the same message saying that I need to clear out two more slots.

And last but not least I was getting bored of the glimmering plains so I started a new account on the tundara and I thought that it was going to be a dessert like scenery but it was just the glimmering plains. So if you know how I can go to anyother worlds than that would be really helpful to me.

duh why did u bought things that u can't use it and besides it depends on your character level. you must read..maybe the amout of loots are too many..too much to complain then dont play the game. even if u transfer to other server and create one still the same place you will encounter. i think they have a complete summary of this on how to play but the ideal itself they dont have..it's automatic..

That's Why Vault Exist . There you Can put All the stuff you Can use Later . Or you can Destroy Items you Don't Want .

Actually I did read the instructions to use the items and my character level is higher than all the items that I buy and I still can't use them. And I already tried transfering to another server and found out that I end up in the same place. While they do explain alot of how to play the game there is alot the don't explain.

Thank you! I totally forgot about the vault. Because I have like 20 animal healing potions and 13 animal mana potions, and 10 healing and mana potions for myself.

First of all, all servers are the same- the only difference is how long the server has been open for and the community. So, switching servers isn't going to change the landscape at all. Also, you can create a new character on any server you want to, so there really is no reason to delete your account.

Now for the quest issue. You are saying that you are trying to turn in a quest but it says you still need slots open? Which type of quest is it? Can you post a screenshot of the quest and your inventory at the time you are getting the error? It's most likely a simple fix.

I'm not sure what you mean by items you can't use. The only items you can't use are the ones that belong to another class- for example a knight can't equip a bow because those are for rangers. If you give specific examples of the items you are having trouble with, share your class and level, I'm sure we can explain why you can't use the item.

My class is ranger level 17 my character is a ranger and you just explained that you couldn't use certain items depending on the type of character you have. When I wrote that there were certain items that I could not use I was refering too: leather shoes, tall boots, torn gloves, and bronze gloves.

Regardless of weather the items are in my inventory or weather I drag them to the empty slots at the bottom of my screen and double click on them a message always pops up saying that "I cannot use this item."
