I have a problem on this mission. It was interrupted when I received the quest to buy cabala band .. and it says it was on Starglade Jewels vendor. I surely checked it and I found no Cabala band. Any solution for this without abandoning?

try aurora point or tree of life or any other village with vendors one of them surely sells it as last resort u can go kill the mobs that drop that lvl eqps and pick up what u need

If the quest said that the cabala band was in starglade jewels vendor then it should be there, did you scroll down to see the other items? Since I'm think you know that some npc have more items than other Npcs.
Still in my opinion abandoning 1 quest won't kill ya.

As stated by jesusalvar, there are more items than it shows in the shop, so you would have to scroll down in order to find the Cabala Band in the shop.
There's no need to abandon it.
