WHERE IS MY CHARECTER??? O.o WHERE ARE MY CHRYSTALS??

I not only spent considerable time the last couple of days leveling a character, but I spent money for crystals I have not received. Post a ticket you say? I TRIED!!!! My Character, a 36 Knight named Lokness, IS MISSING!!!!! and I cant put a character name in the trouble ticket so it wont send!!!!! It just keeps saying, must have character name. SO,
can a GM please tell me how I can or what I can do?

I have had the same problem when i got on after a long time, i clicked the server i had last played on's name and it said that i have no characters, when i know i had 3 characters on there!

You can create a new character on any server, just remember which server you created it on. Then file your ticket using the new character. In the ticket explain your full situation so that staff can assist you with finding your missing character.
