No, if you watch the videos on via.me you get credited once even if you reclick or refresh. Not only that, it usually remembers you even across sponsors and yes, even if you try to use multiple facebook accounts. However, if it shows up on radium or peanutlabs (which is really not very often), then you can do it once again.

There are videos you can watch again, but it's not the via.me ones.
