S61 vhine never hacks other toons nor scam i know him pretty well. he took over pheonix guild coz pheonix is inactive now. you maybe basing it on that coz hes the Gm of No Mercy now. And if you want i can mention more scammers you may know S61 Azureheal, S61 ipriest.
