    I've purchased VIP and xtals uing Ultimate Game Card 10 hours ago and still I haven't got it.. what's going on?

    send in a ticket < be patient when entering text or copy/paste your request into submission box, if the new ticket system is still being a pain. I have had VIP end a day early and have had to send in a ticket to have it activated for 2 months in a row now.

      I was caught in that loop once before. The way to get out of it is to cancel your VIP subscription. Wait for it to run out, then purchase it again. This will make it so your actual VIP renewal date matches the system's and you won't need to send in tickets to have it manually activated anymore.
