killing the handbook quest 1 doesnt appear on my char

please help i ask friends in my server how did they got the quest killing for the handbook 1.. they all answered rona the adventurer.. check there many times it doesnt show the quest to get it.. i checked even in TOL nor SG still same results. i even tried killing the mobs required for the quest also the same..any advice how to make it available.. any help will be very much appreciated.

You have to open all the green monsters in the handbook, you will get it automatically when you do.

i already completed the green and all attempts at "0" .... im level 106 scion

Did you unlock it at mortal and abandon the quest to rebirth? If so then you can't get it back, it only appears when you first unlock all of the green enemies. They really need to fix that.

you cant RB without abandoning all quest for scion right.. and not sure what lvl i RB.. around85-90.. the map for the quest requires lvl 95 right ?

so monster handbook icon on my char is useless now ? wew.. i hope i can delete that icon should i file a ticket regarding this or juz wait in this thread ?
