does this things really works?why it seems not and once activated drop rate seems to be reduced?

x2 drop rate and x3 drop from zodiac, it only reduce the dropping, i only use that before, and its dropping reduce

I am under the impression it follows the same type of looting tables as most other rpg's. the drop tokens will double and triple the chance of the percentage of the drop. So say for example you are running a dungeon and the boss has a 5% chance to drop DC and 10% to drop dragon essence, a 2x token will provide a 10% and 20% drop rate, and a 3x a 15% and 30% rate respectively.

BUT why it seems not be the way you said it.
idk.its my observation
normally i get 3-4 dc at psycho but if i used 3x or 2x drop.it drops to 2-3 dc per 5 runs

the drop rates from the zodiac and token do not increase the drop rates of items like fse, bse, dc, de etc. they increase the drop rate of gems and junk.
