I havent noticed anything different about leveling alts last i checked. I just do main quest and get level 40 in a day it helps to kill mobs in a party with your alt

Use 3x exp token with 3 x zodiac exp blessing of power 5 2x guild exp and 2x seignor then do tg also if you are a vip you get 2x more exp and another tg run
