if u're talkin bout heavenly isle, then u go to a teleporter, click tree of life and go to Ardhon the Guardian...but u should be a high level be4 goin there:P

you need to be level 75 in order for you to enter heavenly isle, as the post above said..you need to talk to Ardhon the Guardian to enter the map.
