hard to log in

i was not able to log in after a few more mins. its in infinity always and do not load the character, whats this problem again ? #17 i cant do my dungeons coz of this ****** log in issue please fix this i know im not the only one who has this same kind of problem .

i have good connection . when i logged in its always fast and my toon appears fast and the loading screen was fast finish . it was the first time that i encounter this problem until now i cant log in

Can log in most times but have had issues in-game as well not loading.
