why other shadow rouges didnt get the lvl 50 skill the BLADE SWEEP?

I dont exactly main rogue, but I do have a shadow rogue. From my experience with her, I never had the skill points for getting blade sweep. Keep in mind, she is a mortal 67, so a lot of skills get left out. Right now I just have shadow cloak 5, shadow strike 5, stun 4, and the right hand passives 5. Other than that, I literally have no points to build anything else.Lilies maybe innocent-looking, but try to eat me, and you'll soon find out how bad of a mistake that is.I never forgive. I never forget. -

reason why you should pick this at lvl 5
- it ticks the frost when you got outnumbered
- it can kill mobs around you
- 4 secs cooldown + heavy dmg is reasonable
- epic skill
