Did you accept the quest?
It'll lead you to the event master in Starglade afterwards to finish your quest to get the bear and one crystal.

Yep I did started the quest! Do we need 1 crystal? I didnt know that 0.0! My RL frend got the Boxing Bear without crystal.

You won't need it. I've tested this theory plenty of times.
