Savage or bloodforge set for rogue?

what is good for rogue savage set or bloodforge or etc?

Depends on what kind of rogue you want to be. I personally perfer to play a pvp rogue, so I choose to use savage. With an enchanted savage weapon, the full savage set bonus really is better for pvp than what bloodforged can offer me.

if youre mortal go for bloodforged. if ur scion its debatable. if ur eido u should have purple savage and it will be better because u can socket higher level gems into pvp gear, so it will be much better than any set gear in my opinion. so long as you have the high level gems to socket. i had perfects and immaculates falling outta my pockets and i just stuck them in savage and i got a nice boost. then i got hacked.

I actually disagree. Bloodforged in my opinion only gives dodge, which will not be helpful for a shadow (PvP) rogue, hence going savage. My alt started much later than most of my server, so naturally I can't touch any of the eidos. But I can kill a majority of the scions under 80, and all mortals if I fight them. Then again, I am using shadow tatics, so it's not truely fair. But the armor pen, crit, and crit damage does wonders with pvp, which the largest boost is from savage. My alt is 69 with green savage weapon +14, and yellow savage without any gems. It's ultimately up to what kind of player you are, pvp or pve.

I suggest savage if you yourself are a marquis? and can afford a full ''yellow'' set, if not, then the full ''purple'' bloodforge should do the trick, and also , weapon-wise, unless you have the full yellow set, then any 41 / 51/ 61 / 71 etc wep would do

Go for bloodforge and then try and farm the requirements for your savage because IMO that will be very stronger. Also try and get your hands on a Fragarach weapon for your rogue which will make you far stronger in both pvp and pve IMO than using the savage weapon. You may lose out on some stuff from the savage set by not using the savage weapon and the those stuff the extra boost that apply to you when you have the full set of savage. However the Fragarach weapon more then makes up for it .
