Bug with morphing a pet

my pet was on 12.9 stars. i had 50 morph crystals so I was trying to morph my pet it got to 13.2 stars but then i got disconnected. so when i was back on i saw im back on 12.9 stars with NO MORPH CRYSTALS! CS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT I NEED MY MC
