GMs or Mods, you could ban someone selling VIP thing if they have screenshots or maybe file a ticket or something right?

Screenshot or not, GMs will ban people selling VIP or buying VIP using in-game currency.

So, this means that they will not give others a chance to become a VIP.. how about those who cannot afford to pay cash but can make good in-game money? buying VIP from other players is not illegal i guess.. they are still paid from legit people and not from other websites (like those who always spam world chat "www.mhome.com" or something).. I guess this is another way on how everyone will enjoy every event thingy in the game (like 3x bath daily)..

Let's just say that this is another option to become VIP... well, they still pay for it..
One thing you just need to consider in the rules is that when someone was scammed through VIP buying, you have nothing to do about that.. that means, it's their loss.

I just think that if selling VIP is against the TOS, then selling cash shop items should be against the TOS as well...

Why? Because both have the same nature: using real life cash to provide someone else an in-game item in exchange for gold.

Hence I think that giving/selling VIP to another player shouldn't get you banned, or R2 must do the same regarding cash shop items. Else R2 are contradicting themselves in term of such rule.

Well... "Technically", selling VIP in cash, load or any other form aside from crystals here in crystal saga is against the ToS.
(WHICH MEANS, you can basically sell crystals for in-game gold/currency by gifting or gift system)<- Be warned this is definitely not scam proof. But it is a loophole.

But selling VIP, hrmm... I'm not sure how VIP really works, aside that you have to use load or etc. outside Crystal Saga like MolPoints and UGC.
So getting VIP by the system of getting gifted with crystals, idk if there's such a thing.

As far as I'm concerned, VIP is giftable because of the store.r2games.com VIP tab letting you choose a username.

But let's say that didn't exist.

Would it really be that hard to make a VIP item in the item shop? Or a Xtal load item? I know the 2nd one's possible since that's what y'all essentially used during the birthday promotion.

And if you made the gift shop items tradable, we wouldn't have scamming issues because then people could check that they're getting what they want. Why make it bound? Don't you want more money? I get the coupon items being bound, but why are certain cash items bound? Don't you think people are more likely to buy cash items/vip items if they knew they could easily sell them in game to others? If you're worried about people selling costumes and mounts they don't want anymore, you can just make them bound on equip or bound on first time mounted.
