Hi.. i want to ask something about fighting with rogues

recently i look to some rogues that playing on the old server and when i look on his dodge rate which almost getting 90% dodge rating i really though about it, what i asking here is how the heck people could hit rogues with that rate of dodge, my friend that i ask about this told me that AoE more effective to fighting with rogues that have very high dodge rating but when i tried it 5 of 6 wave of my blizzard were miss..

so did u guys can give a suggest how to fight it cause i really feel unbalance here between rogues and the other job class

That rogue with 90% dodge rate is probably under "vagabond swiftness" effect, which boost dodge for a brief period of time. It is not too hard to hit a rogue without that buff once you hit lvl 80 and have access to slayer. Because slayer offers a really good hit rate. I'm not sure how the hit-dodge % is calculated, but I don't miss on rogues with 65% dodge THAT often with my 42% hit (it's like missing once every 3 hits).
