just like it says 1 steals imma use random numbers here steal 10% of ur target hp like if ur fighting a boss with 1000000000000000hp as in avernal that high jump u see that seems impossible represents a small amount of the boss hp the other 1 takes like 8% of ur hp from it so it deals more damage the more hp u have -

I can see both yea really answer well on the topic -.-. Ok so to sum it up bloodlust is lifesteal but its based on how much dmg you do as well as the lv of bloodlust. Bloodlust lv 8 heals you for 15% of your damage done a good example is if you do 15,000 then your heal is going to be 2250 per hit, and the heal goes up with skills lv as well as wave, fight on and frost also heals you making it very usfull for pve farming.
Bloodcry however works differently, bloodcry is based on how much hp the current target has and is in no way a lifestealing move even if you have bloodlust it does not heal you. A good example is the boss on floor 60 in ladder it has a roughly estimate for close to 500mill hp, if you proced bloodcry on it in a few hits depending on how much it takes you will see the difference come out of its hp.Char: BlackKnight(lvl 140 Eidolon Knight), Jellah(7x priest) Gimina(lv 5x mortal rogue)
