What happen to my wisdoms i use couples of Pearls of wisdom that i get from the event... The Little Tim Event ... I used like 8 or 10 or 12 POWS but when i check my tenets I didnt have even just 1 wisdom.. Can you fix it please

Did you use the wisdom before opening up the icon the first time? If so, they won't add anything... and you have lost them all...

No, he didn't lose them all. He can file a ticket to be compensated for the amount of PoWs he lost.
