2,000 free crystals?

i was on r2 new and saw this.... http://cs.r2games.com/news/view/?id=57 withs this in it. Uh oh! Looks like we're fresh out of alpha packs! If you have yet to claim your free 2000 crystal, please post on the Crystal Saga Forum or, for Facebook users, on the Crystal Saga Fan Page and a GM will send one out to you as soon as possible.
Crystal packs will only be sent to characters level 20 or above.

i have yet to get them so i guess im doing what it told me to do lets hope ....cross fingers o and my main is iceblade =)
