I know HotSpot isn't working for everyone with the ISP issue. >.< My hubby (Indo also) still can't login and he's tried clearing his history, cache, different browsers, restarting, reinstalling the browsers, HotSpot, and even manually changing his DNS. Hope this issue gets fixed soon. T___T

Hotspot Shield is perfectly safe. There are other VPN programs that work fine, and are safe, but Hotspot is the one that's most recommended.
