Well, some people want more if you wanna quit the server due to drama, or anything like that they change servers. Some might have had vacation, you left as a level 58 mortal, you came back and everyone is a level 40 eidolon, now you wanna get a head start and join a new server.

Nah.. They really didn't go on vacation.. They're aiming to be the first in leveling. Until 120 servers or more they will still not get enough.. :O

Ok, look at my signature and my level with my server I'm playing on.. Although they are level 60 Eidolon still playing it in the server...

Yes, you can level that fast.
I joined in April, and I was a lazy leveler for at least 2 months, and I'm already lvl 79 and will probably be 80 either today or tomorrow.
Just make sure you do as many leveling events as possible (crypt, bath, training with as many exp boosts as possible, ladder, not the boss of me, lucky guess, seed of life, redemption, day in vidalia, daily hunt whenever day in vidalia sends you out near it)
