PLZ explain enchantment stones...

I have a problem with enchantment stones................... I will put a screenshots tomorrow. So the problem is, I can't enchant any of my equips with it. (cant put them in a the enchantment item (I didn't put in wrong spot), because it says can't enchant this item or something) Not a steel shield, magebane sword, savage set pieces, etc. I asked on guild chat and someone said works on frag weapon. So can anyone tell me what equipments are compatible with enchantment stones?

enchantment stones have minimum lvl requirement for equipments, it didnt work maybe because of your equips

Ok. Thanks.. But what lvl??? Frag is lvl 40, (my guild mate was using earthen), my weapons and shield and savage are lvl 40 too..... So it doesn't make sense.

All savage/lvl 40 and under gear uses Magic Dust, Slayers use Enchantment Stones and so do lvl 40 and up gear.
