No individual character can be transferred to any other server. The only way your character will go anywhere else if is the devs decide to do a server merge. You can make a thread requesting a server merge, and R2 will take it into consideration. If you do merge, the server you merge to is soley up to them, and more than likely, they won't merge such an old server with a new one. There's too large of a power difference.
