News about new servers are never released until shortly before the launch date. You're just going to have to keep checking the forums for official (by "official", I mean a thread posted by the GMs) threads.Comment

Anything involving the release of a new server will be posted in the "News and Events" forum. If you do not see an announcement there, then do not prepare for one. But keep your eye on that forum for any announcements.
