Give it some time for your crystals to be delivered. If purchasing VIP is anything like a general first transaction, it may take up to 24 hours for your goods to be delivered to your account.

you know what, you can forget it about the crystal, because r2 said, 'you'll still recieve your vip, but something 'happen' and you no recieve crystals', that what happen to me before, they give no compensation. so there are no hope for crystal back up.
