Information on new servers are never released until shortly before the launch date. All you can do is actively check the forums for official announcements. -
Besides this being posted in the wrong section, I am hoping for a new server as well, hopefully a PvP server. I'd prefer an EST server though.

Just looked how long S70 was released from S69 and it was exactly 1 month apart. Your estimation seems about right then.
All we have to do now is cross our fingers it's a PvP (West) server.
