becaus they do not follow the rules like not shareing acc info it right in the rules and r2 dont make items sellable in player shop any more like coustumes pets or mounts . i see you were trying to buy vip btw vip can be gifted you dont have to give any 1 your acc info. also onlly buy from players who sold befor ask around first to see it you can trust the player that selling it.

Vip cannot be gifted uless the sell gets the password and username of the seller which is against the TOS

No, people don't need to give out any password to give someone else vip.
Just write the other person's server and username instead of your own when buying the vip, seriously... it can be seen as a GIFT.
Not against the rules to GIFT vip to someone... then it's up to the other if they want to GIFT gold in return.
