PLS tell me how to plant guild crops

your guild must be victorious at Land Grab which happens every saturday , then after 10:00 server time the agm or gm can go to champion's bluff and talk to the guild management officer there , take the crops (they'll cost you reserves , forgot how much exactly) and then you plant them , they take about 2 hours and a half to be fully grown -
ERHHHMHERM ..... ITS 8:00 that Open And Starts at 8:30 .
