As long as you got the email right, you shouldn't be missing your character. Unless, you also have a facebook account with that same email that you also have a character on and that's the character you're logging into now that your account is bound. In which case, send in a ticket and request the account be unbound, answer a few follow up questions, and make sure you're binding your account to an email you don't already have in use from a social media login, or any other R2 accounts you might have.New R2 Community Discord Server: https://discord.gg/VFMzFDqKq5
