Why I Cant Get Carnation Petal? I killed lots of elites but they dont drop Carnation Petals Help please

Its not that hard to get I suggest the altar of sacrifice if you grind overnight you should get like 30 o.o

Carnation petals are a green drop item. If you set your AFK to be blue+, you will not be picking up the Carnation Petals.

Lilies maybe innocent-looking, but try to eat me, and you'll soon find out how bad of a mistake that is.
