We can only suggest the usual fixes as it's not currently affecting a large majority of our players. Such fixes include: clearing your history and cache, using different browsers, restarting your device/router, using a proxy, and/or manually changing your DNS.

buy a new computer/upgrade your current one. switch from wifi to wired internet connection. close background programs and stop unnecessary processes on your task manager. keep minimal amount of tabs open. and do what the mod said.
