If I am not mistaken you need to be lvl 30 to be able to marry so if your going scion get to lvl 30 and then marry or marry then rebirth ... just know getting lvl 30 as a scion is really faster then mortal ... it only took me like 3 - 4 hours to reach lvl 30 ...
