some moderator can help me, i just renew my vip but i dont receive it yet, any idea n btw i 2 time for that first after done i relog n dont see my vip so i try renew it again n still dont see it, so the question is the second will count or just the first 1 thanks

Was your VIP transaction successful? You can check so by going to the My R2 section of your account, and then viewing the VIP State section.

not sure it success or not but i sure they already klcik confirm in payment, btw do it third time already n still not see my vip

If your VIP is active, it will state so in the VIP Status section of your account.

From the main page, if you click on account at the top of the page, then on the screen you get from there, you scroll down and click "VIP State" and it should show if you have active VIP.

nahh everything work now all help from reverie, now my problem is where i can got easy the last order, i follow reverie but not work well, in frozen westland so u had another nice place blazing sorry i ask it in here

I have seen players AFK in Ethereal City also, but I suggest you keep trying Frozen Wastelands. It took me 4 or 5 nights of 7-9 hours AFK to pick up my last order.

thats the problem i can only farm it for 3-5 hours each days cause personal reason so i need better place for it

Most players will assure you that Frozen Wastelands is the most ideal place to AFK as it's a compacted area with ample mob-spawns - being in a compacted area decreases the chances of missing any orders that drop should you move out of range and the number of mobs corresponds with drop rate (the more mobs there are, the better chance of one dropping a Grand Marshal). It's not by an hourly basis, so you can still run across the last order in your AFK time should luck be on your side. There were days I AFK'd all day and still did not receive an order, so it's all luck. Just keep trying.
