Why i got ban GM

I didnt do a think and today i got bann for 3day WTH??? i have augment fighting with some 1 and they got mayb 20+ alt and he say he will report me and he have alot of alt that make me banne... now i got bann? how did this happen i didnt scame or do any thing than i got ban?? j
