First payment pack

Well like many of r2's cashers know you get an first payment pack if you cash for the first time on an server... i didn't rechieve that pack on S72 with my character (Edward). Is there an way how i still could get it? Please tell me

If your transaction was successful, your goods may take up to 24 hours to be delivered as does all first transactions. If it's been over 24 hours and you still have not received the pack, you can file a support ticket (http://support.r2games.com/) and have it resent.

If it's been over 24 hours, you will need to file a support ticket informing the ticket staff that you have made a successful first transaction and have yet to receive the First Payment Pack. Provide your order number in the ticket and the team will have your pack forwarded to your toon.

Terrible service I have filed 4 tickets over 3 days and not a single response to any tickets well over 48 hours.. Not to mention my brother has done the same and we have both invested a fair bit of cash on that server already with out the first payment pack we both have been expecting/waiting for for days......

I didnt get mine but it doesnt matter you cash so you can just buy the items in shop. they arent that expensive.
