im having problem with dcing alot or getting stuck loading going from one place to another..

Try the usual fixes, clear your browsers cache, restarting modem, etc etc.

.loading taking long just white screen...done all of those and even talk to my internet provider see if its them and its not..

You can also try using a proxy, manually changing your DNS, and using different browsers to see if it enhances your connection.
