I believe you need to at least know the account e-mail/username in order to request a refreshed password, but you may file a ticket regarding this to see if the ticket staff can work around it. There's no guarantee that they can help you since you don't have any actual account information, but it doesn't hurt to ask (http://support.r2games.com/).

tnx for the answer; but sir is there a possibility that ur account will be deleted for almost a year without opening it?

If your toon was level 20+ at the time, was VIP, or had crystals recharged to that toon, your toon will not have been deleted regardless the amount of offline time unless you deleted it yourself.

P.S. I'm a girl, so sir doesn't quite work with me, lol.
