i dont understand what they are for. bought 1 empty flask, double clicked it and the vial was full, then i double clicked it again and the vial disappeared and the meter was full again.

CE is for upgrading soul, pixie, and also CE events. Empty Vials may store 500 CE and become a full vial, when full vials are used 500 CE is added to your CE bar.

ok get a empty use it sell it for a profit make sure u tell the higher to mid lvl char lvl 80 mortal and higher would love to buy 2/3 times
