so yeah, im seeing someone on world chat trying to buy things for real life money, in particular PHP. i have seen this utterly ruin an MMO before, is there any way to nip this in the bud? i have a screenshot, but im not sure if opening a ticket will resolve the issue, or is there another place to report this...?

Only thing you can do is file a ticket really, GM's will sort it if they feel like they have to, 9 times out of 10 nothing will be done though...

It's actually the content of the screenshot that will determine disciplinary actions and its level of urgency. You may report the player with screenshots here: http://support.r2games.com/. The ticket staff will determine further actions after review.

my advise clean all bot 1st then the mmo spammer that every minute selling there stuff would be great...

We/I have repetitively asked you for your case number(s) and you've yet to comply. Do refer back to the original thread about your issue before attempting to steer this thread off-topic.

In regards to the MallMMO pest problem, we are actively looking for a permanent solution (eliminating the source). We have made advancements, though such progression proved to have but a temporary effect. Rest assured, we are on the drawing table concerning this. We do thank you for your patience - hang tight.
