can i deactivate the email bound to my account if i forget that email but i have full access to my r2 account and character? if i can, how? thanks

if i file a ticket how can i see the reply if i forget the activated email? how can i get the ticket number? coz they only give the case #

You can request your account be unbound from the e-mail via ticket (http://support.r2games.com/). You will receive e-mail notifications when we respond in the e-mail account that you list when filing the ticket. As for the ticket number, it's the same as your case number (should consist of six digits).

You can find your Join Date at the bottom of your forum profile. Simply click your name at the upper right corner and scroll down.
