GM can you fix the bug on the gift

i was buying a nymph from a friend,, but as soon she was to send it to me,,, there was a bug, i didnt receive it or it cant be send,
good thing my friend didnt kept the gold for itself

What error comes up?

Only error I know is if you have all the slots filled up? Need an open pet slot to accept pet. If filled, you can set a pet in vault as a place holder to receive the nymph.

when she is about to gift me the pet
all of my pets are in my vault

all she know.. she cant gift it to me.. theres no pop up error... all she know that the gift was never been sent cause the crystal was still there

dumb question but are you on each other friends lists?? that is normally the problem when you cant gift to someone

Make sure your friend is a real casher because there is a chance that he/she will scam you

I just tested the gift feature myself and it was successful, so it's possibly something on your friend's side that isn't all there. As stated (no accusations here), but make sure they are in fact a reliable casher, as they could easily take off with your gold claiming that the gift feature does not work.
