I prefer Firefox, but anything is better than Internet Explorer. I don't use Chrome myself because it has an unstable verson of Java up right now--something about an edition that was released early--and Firefox has the Master Password feature too.My SWORD?! Internet explorer lags but doesnt crash much at all.
Google chrome and comodo dragon are very fast but the flash player crashes a lot.

I personally use Chrome. I hate firefox but I do use it also.
I have heard great things about: Opera, Comodo Dragon, Comodo IceDragon, and Safari.
Basically you need to try them out and see what best fits your needs. I personally like the way that Chrome looks with my very high screen resolution, so I think that is why I use it. But it is all about personal preference really. I have had flash crashes and lag on every browser that I have used.
