what is the difference between the reset guild skills from the guild manager and the guild skill reset elixir from the fate shop?

if u wanna to change ur guild skills go at guild manager but u wont get back the contrib and the guild skills arent reseted to 0...i mean if a guild skill its lv1 when u used 4s guild wealth it remains lv1
and about the elixir...all ur guild skill upgraded by guild wealth are reseted to 0...so i wouldnt advise to use that metod

the reset at the management officer just resets YOUR skills, while the elixir resets your GUILD'S skills. Point of advice; don't do either if you can help it.
