The Frost buff (Usually coming from Earthen Fragarach weapons V+)...
If I remember correctly, it doesn't harm players or opponent players. Only NPCs and mobs. (Correct me if I'm wrong, I hardly PvP)

No, it DOES trigger in battlegrounds, this includes Seng. However, as soon as you die, the buff is obviously removed. Unfortunitely, it does damage guardians on your team, so I suggest turning it off anyway (which probably means it will damage your towers as well if you're not careful.
Frost does not freeze targets, all it does is AoE damage based on your potential attack.â™”
