    i have 72% hit rate, when i leveled up, it became 71% why?

    Because, like crit, the surefire percent that you get needs a higher rating number to keep it up to a certain point. Like 72%. So if you had 1000 hit and had 72% at your level, then leveled up and your hit rating didn't improve much, then the percent dropped.

      Heres a great way to explain it. In another game i usd to playwhe youre level 1 you only need 5 defense to reduce dmg by 1%. As you level up the amount of defense you needed to reduce damage increased. At level 1 i was 5 defense for 1% at level 30 (max) it was 72 defense for 1%. The game expects you to have good gear that give much more stats than when you were level 1. So to keep people having insane OP hit and dodge ratings they increase the amount of rating needed or 1% each time you level. same goes for dodge and crit.
