if yes legal then its ok i'll start collecting characters

if No ... then why someone saying and admitting that his alt is not alt ,, but his friend quit and the character became his now .... and nothing happened to him!! and nobody can do anything to him ....

what if i say , i did , and what if i say they ignored me -___- , and what if i say some MOD said send me the evidence, and after i did , he even stopped replying
these GM need someone trustworthy to judge ,,, we are normal players [no credit at all]

I think it's perfectly ok if someone is giving u his/her account to play. You are not stealing it. In legal terms, it is "in utmost good faith" and you have to prove it, that's it.

The evidence needs to be substantial before any action is considered. Mods may file report just as players do, but it is ultimately up to the GMs. They do not favor our reports over the players - they base it on how undeniable the piece of evidence is. As stated, you may report your screenshots via ticket and it will be dealt with accordingly.

Whether or not players think it's okay to transfer, give/gift, trade, lend, etc. accounts, it is /not/. We do not recognize or condone accessing accounts that do not belong to you. Good faith or not, it is a violation of our ToS.

hello mr. ahcem , let me direct a question to u sir , since its your second post in this forum.
Someone who cash dozens a dime over 2k $ in this game , then quit for real life issues. Do you agree that one of his friends just take his account and slaughter every weak player and dominate all PVP event? its not stealing , but don't u agree that will kill all the fun? specially if he uses that character to farm dragon crystals and wings to support his main character !!! or even to farm corruption and high level dungeons ,,,,, is it fair?
i don't know sir if u play this game , but believe me it kills the fun

Am not making my own rules in here... there is something terms and rules made by the game designer , for me "if i know that this is legal". then u will not find me in this forum neither this game.

you want to see it? its not screen shot , its video for me complaining in world chat about a guy who didn't leave any cashier in his guild without taking a ride and slaying us because his main character is weak.
its a video for him admitting that his friend quit and he took his character by saying . "he quit and its my character now"

if u ask the players , they all know that he is piloting but no one believed them, i was optimistic that someone will do an action if i submit some proof . but yet nothing happened .
anyway i have an archive for their illegal activities all documented in Videos not screenshots . all i do is chasing them and filming them ,,, hopping some GM will be compassion with us and save us "someday"
