It's the newest server. Seira Island. There is no (S##) on his name.

Nope. He has lot of spaces on his inventory. And I found out that not only the Panda suit, also the other items like Pack Expander are not able to be send as gift.
I wonder if it happens in Seira Island server only. Maybe a bug?Comment
