I abandoned this mission when I rebirth to Eidolon . My monsters are inactive . What can I do in this case? i need this quest . thanks for help

You probably just need to fll back in all of the requirements. As for the actual quest, check your available quests. It's most likely there.

If you've abandoned the quest, the only way to retrieve it is to file a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. Provide your server and character name and request the quest be manually restored. The GMs will work with you from there as they will require your toon to be online during restoration.

GM i have a question my class in S(58) was lost i cant find IGN tsamba(rogue) and Blooddrain(priest) plz help... it is merge and i want to came back but when i open it was lost .. T_T it is possible resore or it was erase during merge?

If your toon was created on R2, it would not have been deleted/erased whether or not merges occurred -- that is to say you (or a pilot) did not previously delete the toons. You would still be able to open your toon through the server it was originally created on. Make sure you are using the account those toons were created on as toons are bound to their accounts. It is possible you may be attempting to enter the wrong server, however you can file a ticket (http://support.r2games.com/) and the GMs should be able to locate your toon(s) if you are in fact accessing the correct account.

R2 policy if a toon left too long that have no crystals , will be deleted
if you plan to create an alt , and leave it offline too . simply use a rose convert to charm then convert charm into 1 xtal, thats all what u need

This game is cool. This can be limited to unecessary deletes/erazes done to a toon in particular.

If there is any chance of retrieving your account information, you will need to file a ticket here: http://support.r2games.com/. The GMs will work with you from there to confirm ownership of the account.
